objective

Do you sometimes not know which decision is the right one? Especially when making decisions related to a new, foreign market with different legal framework conditions, regulations and customs, it is sometimes difficult to make a selection that, retrospectively, was the right one.

Especially in such situations, a coach with the appropriate experience and competence is the right partner at your side. We understand coaching as professional support for executives or employees in situations of orientation, which is targeted and limited in time.

method

The coaching approach is based on the assumption that the entrepreneur or the management themselves are the experts for solving their own problems or challenges. They are the ones who have the skills and opportunities when deciding to make some changes. We, i.e. the personal coach, accompany you in such a process. We do not say you what to do, but work together to develop tailor-made solutions, adapted to individual needs and objectives.

These should ensure maximum success and be highly effective for the company. During these change processes, we want to provide security through our support so that we can make decisions with a good feeling. Business coaching is aimed at individual support in all business, tax, legal, human resources, sales, marketing and financial areas and takes goals, strategies and motivational aspects into account.

In order to solve corresponding tasks sustainably, experience and specialist knowledge are required in practice. Corporate coaching prepares you for the best possible implementation of processes in everyday work.

Vision - Goal - Implementation - Control - Correction

1. The need for advice

The free and non-binding intake interview serves to clarify exactly what is at stake, what you want to change and / or implement. We make agreements about the content (target and actual status) and the duration and intensity of the coaching and it will be decided how much effort will ultimately be required for this.

2. The work phase

The second step involves working out and developing ideas, personal strategies, solution approaches and, above all, putting them into practice. The concrete measures can then be implemented on the basis of an action and process plan. The work phase is determined by personal interviews and useful methods such as analysis, exercises, communication techniques, etc.

3. The conclusion

At the end of a coaching session, we always have a summary of the process. We take stock of the changes that have been made, check the extent to which the measures taken and the goals set have been achieved (target/actual comparison). This is then discussed again together as part of a final meeting.
