Our website can usually be used without providing any personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) is collected on our website, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This privacy policy only applies to our website and data processing programs. A) Tax advice

The Institute works according to the provisions of the Tax Advisory Act (§ 6 No. 3 and 4) for the commercial accountant. The scope of services includes the preparation of the accounting material, the account assignment and recording of the current business transactions on our own IT systems and the creation of the monthly lists and business evaluations as well as additional work in the area of management consulting and ongoing payroll accounting. If annual financial statements are to be drawn up, there is a cooperation with a resident tax consultant, who also clarifies tax issues directly with the client.

Legal advice is not provided by the institute, but by lawyers based in Germany.
