A great amount of SME’s are unaware of the fact that taking part in public tenders is also a possibility for smaller companies and not only for bigger companies or multinationals.
With the Public tenders in the EU programme, the institute attempts to accommodate the SME in the participation in public tenders and through that get active on international markets and amplifying the current market position and ensure the increase of the amount.
What is the procedure concerning participating in this programme?
The institute sets out research for suitable public tenders and assists the SME in such a manner that existing obstacles are taken away. The companies make use of the advantages coming with the following list of synergies and advantages:

Conditions and maturity
The minimal maturity is a number of twelve months. Accordingly the institute charges the client for the following:
- A basic fee for the continuous matching of the procurement in your company. In case of a match between your company and an issued tender, this will be individually adapted accorded to your preferences. The basic amount is paid per project. Is a participant interested in research for tenders in several areas / branches / sections, a separate participation for each study is required.
- In case a participant of the programme chooses a public tender, the tendering process is supervised by the institute. The costs of this guidance depend on the time left to elapse until the set deadline. Up to 14 business days left until the deadline, the standard amount is charged. In case only 5 to 14 business days are left until the deadline, this basic amount is doubled. If only 5 or less business days are left, no tender can be developed. Fees for translation are charged separately.
- Obtains the participant in the further course of the contract, then a fee will be calculated according to the entire volume of the contract award.
